We moved premises a couple of years ago and got into a positive mess with our computers and phones; we called in a local firm who made recommendations to solve our problem but we couldn’t believe the cost and new equipment that they said we needed.
So on a recommendation we consulted with IAP who were refreshingly up front and honest about what we had in place and how it could be used and improved to meet our needs without much expenditure, the money we had saved in talking to IAP was thousands and we cannot be more grateful.
IAP have since upgraded our phone system and internet services and taken over the admin from us with BT, we now deal direct with IAP on all matters telephony and again it saves us hundreds of pounds a year and a lot of hassle.
Ongoing support is also important to us and everyone at IAP gives us a prompt response and fast solution to any snags and issues that we encounter; usually operator error!!
We cannot recommend IAP enough, great people, great advice and great service.
