They were good enough to answer our urgent call for help when our computer system went into melt down; advised on how best to re-organise, to suit our needs; then supplied, installed and tested; and all at a price that we could afford. It has been a pleasure to work with Julie Hayes and the staff at IAP. I am a small hypnotherapy practice and a small business start-up. I needed a logo which gave my business a consistent look and reflected who I was and what I was doing. I also needed stationary, business cards and a new website.
Julie and IAP provided an excellent, competitive, helpful and supportive service. After meeting with me discussing ideas, Julie then designed many different logos for me to choose from. When that was decided, she then designed several options for the stationary. She was very happy to tweak, and adapt the logo and layout as we went along and it was a calm, effective and organic process.
We then moved onto the website and again, several drafts were presented to me and we took a bit from this and a bit from that to make a website that I am delighted with.
I have been very pleased with the service that IAP have provided and continue to provide to me.
IAP UK has provided Revenue Services with excellent IT support over many years. We are a small local Business and IAP UK is always available to assist us immediately, either with Technical Support via the telephone or practical support on site.

IAP UK Ltd has been my source of support and expertise in the design, supply, fitting and maintenance of my computer equipment since 2007.
I am probably not the ideal customer: as a technical writer I totally rely on appropriate, up-to-date and fully functioning software and technology to do my job, but have a poor understanding of what I need, how it works and what to do if it doesn’t. This is where IAP comes in. They help me to define what I need (both hardware and software), source it for me, build it and then make sure it functions effectively and meets my needs.
If something goes wrong, I can ring them and they respond immediately, with advice or support as required. They are pleasant to deal with, and don’t make me feel like an idiot. They don’t charge the earth for the equipment, advice or services they provide, and do an all-round good job. And that enables me to do mine.

We moved premises a couple of years ago and got into a positive mess with our computers and phones; we called in a local firm who made recommendations to solve our problem but we couldn’t believe the cost and new equipment that they said we needed.
So on a recommendation we consulted with IAP who were refreshingly up front and honest about what we had in place and how it could be used and improved to meet our needs without much expenditure, the money we had saved in talking to IAP was thousands and we cannot be more grateful.
IAP have since upgraded our phone system and internet services and taken over the admin from us with BT, we now deal direct with IAP on all matters telephony and again it saves us hundreds of pounds a year and a lot of hassle.
Ongoing support is also important to us and everyone at IAP gives us a prompt response and fast solution to any snags and issues that we encounter; usually operator error!!
